Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a unique form of yoga, where traditional poses are performed with the support of a suspended silk hammock. This allows participants to deepen their stretches, explore inversions and build strength with full support. Participants improve flexibility, balance and core stability, all with a feeling of weightlessness.

Vinyasa Yoga
Also known as 'flow yoga,' Vinyasa is a dynamic fitness style that links breath with movement. It allows participants to move through a series of postures in a continuous sequence, guided by our professional coaches. Vinyasa Yoga promotes mindfulness and body awareness and is suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice which focuses on deep stretching and holding postures for several minutes. Unlike other dynamic styles, Yin yoga encourages relaxation and introspection, making it a meditative experience. Gentle Stretch Yoga
Gentle stretch yoga is a soothing style of yoga, practiced to the sounds of Singing Bowls. It encourages deep breathing, a sense of calm and teaches participants about body awareness.
